3WC – Women’s World presents the First Youth Ambassador Hema Sharma. She impacted us with her positive energy, passion and professional grit to DO SOMETHING DIFFERENT. Ignited by the inner fire to support the girls of the under-privileged section of society and the world.
At the age of 18, she started her innovations from College Laboratory. Performed some experiments to make the natural fragrance without using any chemicals. ‘People shouldn’t get affected from the breathing problems’ was in her mind.
I want to do something unique. I just want to become a job creator, not as a job seeker. I always want to be a global change maker. Yes, I always believed that a girl can do anything in this world. I am continuously convincing my family that I can LIVE & GIVE a better life to people around me.

Hema shared with our team at 3WC that she always used to help small farmers and specially the organic producers. Once they will get motivated she will be getting the best output from them. Smart Thinker
The entrepreneurship traits pushed her to launch her first product – the dhoop cones in the market under brand “NARSINGH NATURALS”. Her intentions and desire are that one day it will supersede all the commercialized dhoop brand companies.
WHY? because these brands are mostly selling the chemical based products. And she don’t want anyone to get harm from these chemicals… 🙂
Hema shared that at initial level she faced many problems regarding selling there products. She couldn’t compete with the big companies and their network but when she explained the users the ingredients and the natural fragrance etc. Now branded stores, groups like ISKCON and conscious people started loving it and purchased it regularly.
Slowly but steadily her boxes of dhoop cones started to capture the market, in Delhi and now in many states as well as foreign countries too.
Awards and Achievements
Hema Sharma and Khizar Ansari’s (co-Founders Narsingh Naturals) dream is to give employment to the women who lives in slum and don’t have any respectable sources of income… She wants to unite them under her project and give them respectable means to learn and earn social-financial freedom. She want them to get skilled so that they could get money for their families and she would be happy to see them happy and growing.

It was such a proud feeling to be a part of 3WC, an organisation which is exclusively for women, for their welfare, wellness and wellbeing. I feel lucky to meet personally Ms Hema Sharma, an enthusiastic, bubbly Young Lady who is full of practical ideas. Not many people have the capabilities to convert their dreams into reality, but Hema did that with practically nil resources. Her first product dhoop cones is a super hit. It’s mild but lasting fragrance captures your heart and when you think about Hema’s efforts behind it, you are filled with happiness, a feeling which is the undercurrent behind 3WC.
